The BGR Event Center Frequently Asked Questions

Finding the perfect venue for your event can come with a lot of questions. Here at The BGR Event Center, we believe in making the planning process as clear and simple as possible. Below, you’ll find answers to our most frequently asked questions. The information provided applies to most event types, but if you’re looking for more specific details about weddings, corporate functions, or our other services, our team is always ready to provide the personalized assistance you need. We’re here to help you every step of the way to ensure your event is a seamless and unforgettable success.

General Frequently Asked Questions

What is the maximum capacity of the BGR Event Center?

Our venue can accommodate up  to 380 guests seated, 275 if only activities are open, and 80 booths for tradeshow.

What’s included in my venue rental?
Your rental includes tables, chairs, linens, on-site staff, AV capabilities, setup, teardown, and more. Each space comes with its own unique features—please refer to the specific event type for full inclusions.
Do you provide tables, chairs, and linens?

Yes, we provide tables and chairs. Linens and specialty items may be added as upgrades.

How long do we have the space?
Most events include a set number of hours for setup, event time, and teardown. Additional hours may be added for a fee.
Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. 25% deposit for most events. Weddings are $1000 to secure your date. For weddings a final payment is due 14 days prior to your event.
See your contract for specific pricing, deposit, and due date information.

What’s your cancellation/refund policy?

We understand plans change. Cancellations made within 30 days may be eligible for partial refund.
Deposit is non-refundable but might be able to move to another event.

Can we bring our own vendors?

We have a preferred vendor list, but outside vendors are welcome with prior approval. We offer in-house catering and bar service. Outside desserts may be allowed with approval. No outside alcohol is permitted due to our liquor license.

What vendors do you recommend?
We work with a trusted list of preferred vendors for photography, entertainment, florals, and more. We’re also happy to coordinate with outside vendors with prior approval to ensure your day runs smoothly. We have in-house catering options as well.
Do you require insurance?
We recommend event liability insurance and require it for some event types. Ask us about requirements during your consultation.
Is on-site parking available?

Yes, we provide ample free parking for your guests.

Is the venue accessible and is parking available?
Yes! Our facility is ADA accessible with free onsite parking.
Is someone on-site during my event?
Yes, a trained team member will be available to support your event from start to finish.
Can I tour the venue before booking?

Absolutely! We offer tours by appointment. Click HERE to schedule.

Is there a cleaning fee?
We require a $500 refundable deposit at time of booking.

Wedding & Reception FAQ’s

Do you offer wedding packages?

Yes, we offer customizable wedding packages starting at $5000.

Our wedding reception packages typically include 4pm -Midnight, tables, chairs, linens, uplighting, and access to our elegant bridal suite (if you do the ceremony at BGR Event Center).

What’s included in a wedding rental?

Our wedding packages typically include full-day access (up to 14 hours), tables, chairs, linens, uplighting, and access to our elegant bridal suite.
Starting at: $800.

Can we host both the ceremony and reception?
Yes, both ceremony and reception can take place here. We’ll help you design a smooth flow from “I do” to “Let’s dance!”
Can we host our rehearsal at your facility?
Yes, one hour of rehearsal time is included with most ceremony packages. We’ll schedule it based on availability within the week of your wedding.
When should we book our date?
We recommend booking 12 to 18 months in advance to ensure availability, especially for popular dates. However, we welcome last-minute inquiries if space allows.
Do you offer a bridal suite or groom’s lounge?
Yes! Enjoy a private space for getting ready and relaxing before your big moment.
Are linens included?

Basic linens are included by default, but we can also help you with upgraded linen packages as well, available in a variety of colors and styles.

Can we play music ourselves with devices such as our phone or iPod?
Yes, you may connect your own device to our sound system for background music or custom playlists. Our staff can assist with setup.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes, with approval. We offer a preferred vendor list or you can bring your own with required insurance documents.
Can we include fun experiences for guests?
Absolutely! Many couples choose to include axe throwing, throw bowling, or laser tag during cocktail hour.
Can you refrigerate our cake or flowers?
We can provide refrigeration space for your wedding cake, and small floral arrangements if needed. Let us know in advance so we can reserve space for you.
Do you clean up for us?
Basic clean-up of the venue, including trash disposal and standard reset, is included. You are responsible for removing personal items, gifts, and decor unless other arrangements are made.
Do we need liability insurance?
Yes, comprehensive general liability insurance for the Event with policy limits of at least $1,000,000/$2,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage, that are acceptable to BGR Events in its sole discretion, and naming “BattleGR LLC” as an additional insured.
Can we come back the next day to collect decorations?
Yes, we allow next-day pickup for decor and personal items at a pre-arranged time, provided we don’t have another event the next day. We also offer storage services if needed overnight for an additional charge.

What kinds of parties can I host at your venue?
We host everything from birthday parties, anniversaries, retirements, bridal showers, to gender reveals and family reunions. Any event you want to celebrate we are here to help you.
Can I rent just part of the venue?
Yes. Choose from a cozy lounge/bar area, party room, or full facility.
Can I bring my own cake, favors, or décor?

Yes, with prior approval. We’re flexible—just ask!

Are games included in my party rental?
